Health, Fitness & AI Coaching Disclaimer

Effective 9/26/26

Talk to a doctor before starting any new training program, especially if you are pregnant, over 40 and new to exercise, recovering from an injury or surgery, or have a heart, lung, joint or other medical condition.

What EndlessCap is

EndlessCap builds training programs, suggests weights and swaps, tracks habits and gives feedback through an AI coach. It uses what you tell it: your equipment, experience, goals, injuries and how your sessions went.

What it is not

  • It is not a doctor, physical therapist, dietitian or certified personal trainer.

  • It does not diagnose or treat injuries or conditions. Features that work around an injury you mention are not rehabilitation.

  • Nutrition and habit guidance is general. It is not a diet plan for any medical need.

  • No human reviews your program, your sessions or the coach's replies before you see them.

About the AI coach

The coach is generated by an AI model. It can misunderstand you, get facts wrong, or suggest a load or movement that is wrong for you. Suggested weights are estimates based on what you logged. Treat every suggestion as a starting point for your own judgment.

Train safely

  • Warm up, use good form, and choose a weight you can control.

  • Check your equipment before use. Anchor resistance bands securely and replace any band that shows wear.

  • Use light resistance for fast or explosive movements.

  • Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or sharp pain, and seek medical help.

  • In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Do not ask the coach.

Your responsibility

You choose whether and how to do each workout. By using EndlessCap you accept the risk of injury that comes with exercise, as set out in our Terms of Service.
